ComputerOne services both Laptop and Desktop systems. We routinely repair laptop power connector problems, screen issues, hard drive failures and keyboard/touchpad problems. If you have a laptop that is not working properly we can help. When your desktop system is giving you problems we can help there too. Power supplies, memory upgrades, hard drive replacement, cooling issues, or complete upgrades - we do them all.

Basic Labor Rates:
$45.00 per hour in-shop*
$65.00 per hour on-site*

*One hour minimum charge for all work performed.

Virus & Spyware Removal
We offer two pricing options based on turnaround time. Computers are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis and time to completion varies depending on our workload and the level of service chosen. We do not guarantee your computer will be available on a specific date unless you select our Next Business Day Guarantee option.

Complete Format & Reinstall of Operating System $99.95
Many viruses are capable of data corruption resulting in critical errors. The removal of viruses does not always resolve those issues. Other issues may still be present after removal of any virus requiring a complete format and reinstallation of your operating system. If formatting is neccesary and approved we will save the data you specify and copy it to your hard drive after the reinstall is complete. Although we make every effort to safeguard your data we assume no responsibility for any data loss that may result from work performed on your computer.

Note: Once your computer leaves our shop we cannot guarantee that your computer will not be reinfected with viruses or spyware. We will however guarantee our work for one week - if the same problem presents itself within one week we will perform the same service again at no cost to you.
